LVMH Dinner (KRUG edition)

On Tuesday November 12th, Origo Club and LVMH will be hosting Brent Sutcliffe, Krug Brand Ambassador, for an exclusive meal pairing a 5-course dinner along with 4 exquisite cuvées of Krug Champagne including Krug Grande Cuvée in Magnum (163ème edition), Krug Rosé, and Krug Vintage 2004 and 2006.

Known as the fullest expression of Champagne, Krug Grande Cuvée is created every year, beyond the notion of vintage, with a blend of over 120 different wines from more than 10 different years. Blending so many different wines from different years lends a fullness of flavours and aromas that would be impossible to express with the wines of a single year. It is a complete orchestra playing together in harmony.

Krug Rosé is both unexpected and daring. It shows a broad and extensive aromatic palette, unusual for a Rosé Champagne. With delicate honey, citrus and dried fruit notes, Krug Rosé is able to confront full-flavoured dishes, being an alternative to red wine. Its extreme delicacy is enhanced by the subtlety of its fine and elegant bubbles.

Krug Vintage is created “according to the circumstances of the year.” It is the music of a particular year, with its own unique melody, captured by Krug and enhanced by a stay of over ten years in the cellars. There are as many of these unique compositions as there are Krug Vintages.
